this denotes that i have gotten 100% on the game, either achievements or by in game metric (i specify this, because some games have online achievements that are inaccessible)
transcends the 10/10 rating and are games that i would be willing to play to the end of time
the titular 10/10; while not my absolute favorite game to the end of the universe, still is some of the greatest art i have ever played
